Tomorrow night I leave for Denmark! I’ll be spending a month there, mostly in Copenhagen, and then will travel to Iceland for three days afterwards. I’m super excited and I can’t wait to share travel stories! Stay tuned! :)

… I was living in London and planning an end-of-semester day trip to Paris. Where did the time go?

1 One of the last nights of the semester turned out to be one of the best nights of the semester.

1Yesterday, my place of work took us out to a farewell lunch at the always-delicious Colgate Inn. I had a scrumptious portabella mushroom panini and a slice of Tollhouse cookie pie. So fancy!
And today I went to brunch at my school’s dining hall for the first (and last) time this semester! Potatoes with sriracha is a fab Saturday morning hangover cure.
