I’m in Copenhagen!

Scandinavian Adventures

Tomorrow night I leave for Denmark! I’ll be spending a month there, mostly in Copenhagen, and then will travel to Iceland for three days afterwards. I’m super excited and I can’t wait to share travel stories! Stay tuned! :)

You know who my gods are, who I believe in fervently? Herman Melville, Emily Dickinson — she’s probably the top — Mozart, Shakespeare, Keats. These are wonderful gods who have gotten me through the narrow straits of life.

Exactly five months ago…

… I was living in London and planning an end-of-semester day trip to Paris. Where did the time go?

One of the last nights of the semester turned out to be one of the best nights of the semester.

Yesterday, my place of work took us out to a farewell lunch at the always-delicious Colgate Inn. I had a scrumptious portabella mushroom panini and a slice of Tollhouse cookie pie. So fancy!

And today I went to brunch at my school’s dining hall for the first (and last) time this semester! Potatoes with sriracha is a fab Saturday morning hangover cure.
